During my third year short semester, I'm doing my internship at Top Glove Sdn Bhd. The training began on 20th July 2020 and concluded on 9th October 2020, for a total of 12 weeks. These 12 week of industrial training were not just fulfil the requirement for the Bachelor of Degree, but more about introducing students to an industrial working experience in real life. Top Glove is a maker of Malaysian rubber gloves that also specializes in face masks, condoms, dental dams, and other items. In Malaysia, Thailand, China, and Vietnam, the company owns and operates 46 production facilities.

I was a trainee at the Engineering Group in the Research and Development (Mechanical) team which responsible in building an in house glove stacking machine. When I joined the team, the current state was design and prototype the machine. I was responsible to design, find quotation, fabricate and assemble the output conveyor which transferring stacked glove to worker for packaging.
